He’s preparing a place—and preparing you. In John 14:3–4 Jesus promises, “I go to prepare a place for you… I will come back and take you to be with me.”

Today we talk about how He also prepares us for that place—forming us in love, mercy, grace, and hope so heaven shapes how we live right now. Maybe today we can work on this. We can work on loving someone who’s hard to love, showing mercy where you could judge, offering grace where you could keep score, and carrying hope into a heavy place. Just some ideas.
